I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to help me find my lost ID card, but the ironing facilities were top-notch and made my stay even more comfortable. the heating in the room was perfect, ensuring a cozy atmosphere, and the patio provided a lovely spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. the washing machine in the room was a convenient touch, allowing me to freshen up my clothes without any hassle. the flat-screen TV was a bonus for relaxing in the evenings, and the proximity to Bayside Kitchen & Courtyard was a wonderful perk for dining options. Thank you to the staff for exceeding my high expectations and making my stay truly exceptional.
